Mint-Tastic Mocha Smoothie
- 8 oz. of oat or almond milk
- 15 fresh mint leaves
- 1 ripe banana
- 1/4 cup of 70% dark chocolate shaved or chips
- 1 oz. brewed coffee, (regular or decaf)
- 1 oz. chocolate syrup
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp cocoa powder
- 1 packet of Parker's Plant-Based Quad Protein Smoothie - Vanilla flavor
Instructions:
In a blender, add the oat or almond milk, banana, chocolate chips, mint, vanilla extract, chocolate syrup, cocoa powder, coffee and Parker's Plant-Based Quad Protein Smoothie. Blend until smooth.
Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint and shaved chocolate.
