Jumpin' Pumpkin Spice Smoothie
- 8 oz. oat or almond milk
- 1/2 tsp of pumpkin spice
- 1 ripe banana
- 2 tbs. of peanut or almond butter
- 1 tsp of vanilla flavoring
- 1 packet of Parker's Plant-Based Quad Protein Smoothie - Pumpkin Spice flavor
- A sprinkle of cinnamon
Instructions:
In a blender, add the banana, oat milk, pumpkin spice, nut butter, vanilla flavoring, Parker's Plant Based Quad Protein Smoothie packet. Blend until smooth. Garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Enjoy!!
